Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal period

Consumers in the EU generally have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases. For physical goods, this period usually starts when you or a person named by you receives the goods.

How to withdraw

To withdraw from an order, send a clear statement before the withdrawal period expires. You can use the Withdrawal Form, but using the exact form is not mandatory as long as the request is clear.

Return of goods

After withdrawal, the goods should be returned without undue delay. Please contact support before sending items back so the order can be matched correctly.

Refunds

Refunds are normally made to the original payment method after the withdrawal request and return are processed. Refund timing may depend on the payment provider and the applicable legal rules.

Custom or personalised items

Standard Switchly Tag configurations are offered through the normal store configurator. If you request a highly personalised custom print, custom color combination or special printable tag idea, the available withdrawal rules may differ where allowed by law. This should be clarified before ordering.
