Delete Your Account
This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and associated data for Switchly, Switchly Lite, and Switchly Launcher.
If you created an account in one of these apps, you can request deletion either inside the app or by contacting us by email.
Delete your account in the app
If you still have access to the app, you can delete your account directly:
- Open Switchly, Switchly Lite, or Switchly Launcher
- Go to Settings
- Open Account
- Tap Delete account
- Confirm the deletion request
Delete your account by email
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by contacting us:

Please include:
- the email address associated with your account
- the app name you used (Switchly, Switchly Lite, or Switchly Launcher)
- a short note that you want your account deleted
What is deleted
When your account deletion request is completed, we delete your app account and associated account data stored for that account, including cloud-stored app data related to your account where applicable.
Depending on the app and enabled features, this may include:
- your account profile and sign-in data
- cloud backups and synced app configuration
- profiles, schedules, and automation settings stored with your account
- blocked-app selections and related settings
- other account-linked data used to provide optional cloud features
What may be retained
Some limited data may be retained where required for legitimate reasons such as legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, financial recordkeeping, or enforcement of terms.
Processing time
We aim to process account deletion requests without undue delay. If we need additional information to verify the request or identify the correct account, we may contact you first.
